Anneke Scott jest pierwszą waltornistką takich orkiestr jak: Sir John Eliot Gardiner’s Orchestre Révolutionnaire et Romantique and The English Baroque Soloists, The Sixteen, Europa Galante, Avison Ensemble, Irish Baroque Orchestra. Studia rozpoczęła w Royal Academy of Music w Londynie u Pipa Eastopa i Andrew'a Clarksa. Następnie przyznano jej prestiżowe stypendium na dalsze studia we Francji i Holandii, gdzie skoncentrowała się na aspektach gry na rogu naturalnym. Anneke Scott występuje też solowo, mając w repertuarze dzieła barokowe jak i współczesne. W latach 2005-2006 prowadziła badania naukowe w Centrum Muzyki Dawnej na Uniwersytecie w Birmingham (Wielka Brytania), gdzie obecnie jest wykładowcą w zakresie gry na rogu naturalnym.
